The second community workshop for the Norwood Greening Project was held at Norwood Elementary School on Saturday, January 28, 2023.
The open house style of the event allowed participants to see 6 different design boards: Play Elements, Community Space, Art & Culture, Health & Fitness, Safety, and Landscape.
After the welcome and introduction, participants had the opportunity to walk around to see each board and vote on 3 elements of the board they would like to see represented in the space.
ActiveSGV staff was at each design board answering questions, and hearing comments and feedback from participants. Participants had positive feedback and shared their excitement for having a local green space.
